1. Astara - A surprise winner over a six furlongs trip and will look to defy the penalty for an encore.
2. Country's Pace - No the most consistent, can place at best.
5. Monte Greco - Finished second behind Wood Cutter over a similar distance as favourite and will be concerned at the finish again.
7. Virginia Queen - Showed a bit of spark in her last run and could improve to try to get her maiden win.
8. Engelberg - Ran into money 3rd in last run. The mare will not go down without a fight.

Ashwa Figaro looks the one to beat and is in prime condition. Conspiracy and Suberbrat are the ones who are likely to fight it out all the way.
2. Ashwa Figaro - A winner on debut over six furlongs trip in March. Working well and the extra furlong should be beneficial with choice of rider.
3. White River - Fair fifth in his first run on this track after shifting base from Mumbai. Working well and can fight it out.
5. Conspiracy - Fought well and good third last time out, Working impressively and looks the top contender.
7. Sand Dune - Fifth on debut over a similar distance, Working well on morning work and can improve on that.
8. Sir Calculus - The gelding ran on in 7th on debut effort, but is working well currently. He will look to improve on that.
10. Suberbrat - Has placed twice in his last two outings, has scope to improve and can figure in the frame.

Vachan is the first pick and should run a good race again. He will have to be weary of D Hunter, Garrison and Segera as well.
1. Coorg Regiment - Can place at best.
3. D Hunter - Went down fighting to Make My Way last time out over a seven furlongs. Has been consistent and should fight again.
4. Segera - Finished fourth behind Make My Way in the higher class, Working impressively in the morning trials, has the quality to make his presence felt.
5. Garrison - The last win for the 6 years old gelding was an year ago. The gelding is running after a long layoff of 12 months. Will look to make the finish interesting.
6. Vachan - A winner over seven fulrongs trip very impressively. The 4 year old for an encore over the shorter sprint.
9. Contributor - Second last time out, but will find this company tough to handle.

4. Order Order - Showed considerable improvement in the last run, can improve on that run.
6. Hioctane - sixth in her first run on this track after shifting base from Mumbai. Workimg well and can show improvement and finish in the money.

6. D Thirteen Twelve - Fairly consistent in his last few efforts and can make an impact in this set.
10. Lucky Luciano - Failed as favourite last time out over a mile, can hope to place.
